Rite Aid: Diaper Deal

Once more for anyone not paying attention ---- I am not a Rite Aid fan and I DO NOT follow or do diaper deals.
Why the public service announcement, you ask.   Well, because here’s a diaper deal at Rite Aid that I want you to look at ---- and I didn’t want you to think you’d lost your mind (or I’d lost mine --- mine is long gone, by the way)
This yields such super cheap diapers that its irresistible --- even for me.  Surely you know someone who is having a baby soon and you’ll need a shower gift??  Or maybe just someone who needs a helping hand and you can afford to help out --- a little?
If you’re in the right area, this is like taking candy from a baby (no pun intended)
First ---  check your Rite Aid for a sign by the Huggies offering an $11.99 “reward” when you buy any three Huggies --- if you’re in the trial area --- and you find the sign, GO, GO, GO
Huggies are on sale for $8.99 so 3x8.99=$26.97

Use the $5/$25 Rite Aid coupon HERE or HERE  (or both – just different transactions)
Now you owe Rite Aid a whopping $12.97 --- and a little “register reward” style coupon will come out of the machine at the register for $11.99 back
That makes 3 packs of diapers only $.98 !!  You can gift someone with $.98 can’t you???
You can turn around and use the $11.99 reward to do the deal again (it reportedly rolls) until you run out of coupons
Here are a bunch of printable diaper coupons:
You can submit for the Huggies Rebate 2010 #800 to get a coupon valid for a FREE pack of Huggies if you get 6 packs of diapers -- That means you will be able to get 7 packs of diapers less than $2.00.

Big Y: Week of 5/16

There's a bunch of stuff that doesn't interest me this week at Big Y -- but the meat deal?? Count me in.  The last time they ran this, I made out like a bandit -- I bought only steak and pork chops (I figured that ground beef and sausages come around on great sales often enough -- so does chicken, although we don't eat it at our house.)  Concentrating on just those items, I bought the largest packages in the display case (yep, I really rummaged through them all and checked them)  I ended up with over $50 worth of meat for only $20.  Works for me!!
Anyway --- this week's deals (remember the week has already begun -- and it ends on Wednesday)

Corn On The Cob - .25 ea (this isn't terrific, but for early corn, I'll do it)
Big Y Canned Veggies - .50 each
That's about it ---- I'm just going for the meat deal personally.
